We operate across the full upstream lifecycle, from subsurface evaluation and reservoir characterisation to field development planning, drilling, production facilities delivery, and reserves reporting. Our management team combines deep technical expertise with senior commercial leadership earned across three continents. Between them, our leaders have delivered projects across FPSO, subsea, and offshore construction; asset management; field development planning; and business development, working across major international operators, joint ventures, and regulatory environments in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
That experience shapes how we lead: combining disciplined technical evaluation with commercial judgement and a proven ability to take projects from concept through regulatory approval and delivery. It is the same standard we apply to every acreage decision, partnership, and asset we undertake.
